The day I took delivery of my vehicle we noticed that the 2nd key Christopher gave me for the vehicle was a Chevrolet key and it didn't work for my truck. I told Christopher I wasn't willing to take deliver 2nd key Christopher gave me for the vehicle was a Chevrolet key and it didn't work for my truck. I told Christopher I wasn't willing to take delivery without a 2nd key. It was verbally agreed by Christopher after getting approval by Dalton that Coast would provide me with a 2nd key for my vehicle. Christopher ordered a key for me and told me I could get it programmed at my local dealer "no problem" and that Coast's sales department would pay my local dealer for the programming. I received a key from Amazon a week later. Last week I called the dealer near me and set up an appointment and upon bringing my truck and new key in to be programmed found out that non OEM keys are a big problem to program and also often break after a few weeks. It's annoying to find out I was lied to by the sales staff at Coast and now after trying to contact them without a call back for over a week my only recourse is to leave this bad review. More

Jay was fabulous really liked him but the finance guy was real shady told us the warranty and maintenance was only $36 a month got home to find out it was over $100 a month really unimpressed with that sort real shady told us the warranty and maintenance was only $36 a month got home to find out it was over $100 a month really unimpressed with that sort of tactics a $260 car payment went up to $400 very uncool tried to talk to them about and they said we had to wait until the first payment then we could take it off but it would go on the bulk of the loan still leaving us with a $400 car payment will not recommend this place to anyone I know. Which is sad because the sales guy was wonderful More
