Two days prior, we left Kingdom Kia with no intentions of returning, since the experience felt forced but we ended up returning since they did have the vehicle we wanted. When we went back two days later, the atomopshere was much more relaxed. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted was out on a test drive and they actually had it brought back for us! We had a little bit of a wait but the staff kept us updated and Dusty even sat down to chat with us about non-car related things, which was very personable. The staff stayed way past closing time to get us into our new vehicle. This experience definitely earned repeat business! More

Went out of her way for me I'm a member of the Crown Club and was due to get my $25. I had a nasty fall the week before I needed to get to Kingdom to get it, and knew I wouldn't I'm a member of the Crown Club and was due to get my $25. I had a nasty fall the week before I needed to get to Kingdom to get it, and knew I wouldn't be able to walk from the parking lot to the Cashier's Window where I needed to pick the money up. I called and spoke to Aimie, and she graciously offered to bring the money out to the car for me so I wouldn't have to walk.
