From the moment we arrived at Ed Tomko Chrysler, Inc, we were welcomed warmly. We have been to many dealerships in the area in the past few weeks. None of them compared to the service and quaility we got here. We met Paul and told him our exact budget and what our goals and preferences were. Right away he plugged in our numbers to see what we could get for the monthly amount we were willing to pay. He showed us everything that fell into that range. We knew we had to wait a week for our house sale to close to have our down payment money, and he was very understanding and polite. We returned within a week and had narrowed it down between two vehicles. We talked extensively with Paul about both and we drove both over a variety of road conditions. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles they have for sale. We have bought many cars, mainly Ford because we have the A plan, but we are so happy with our Chrysler. This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. We cannot say enough good things about this dealership or our salesman. We highly recommend this dealership! More
I have bought 3 cars at this dealer over the last 15 years and have been pleased every time! Great friendly service. I would buy from here again and again. years and have been pleased every time! Great friendly service. I would buy from here again and again. More
We had a Jeep Grand Cherokee in which both key fobs went bad. They replaced one in January under warranty, but the other was on back ordered. The new fob came in March, however the car had exceeded 36,000 m bad. They replaced one in January under warranty, but the other was on back ordered. The new fob came in March, however the car had exceeded 36,000 miles by that time, and as they claim now out of warranty. When we went in, they wanted $200 for the fob, but what made things worse was their mean and rude demeanor. Not happy with this, I called Bruinswick Auto Mart/Ed Seifert where we purchased the Jeep and they not only took care of the problem, but offered us a new lease on a new 2014 Jeep with more options for the same monthly payment. I feel it is important to note, that this is our 15th Jeep, and we have never had any service problems with the ones before this point. We called and spoke to the sales manager at Ed Tomco to try and reason with them regarding the problem, and as well noted we have two Jeeps that their lease expires this year. He flat out told me they did not want our business. It was a strange, bizarre and all-around awful experience at Ed Tomco. Even though they are 3 miles down the road from us, we will never, ever return. More
Quoted me a price of 89.95 for transfer case drain and refill then came back and wanted to charge me 149.95. We ended up paying 129.95. The salesman told me that his boss was mad due to the fact that we o refill then came back and wanted to charge me 149.95. We ended up paying 129.95. The salesman told me that his boss was mad due to the fact that we owned four Jeeps and did not purchase any of them from their dealership. I was told that I could not test drive vehicles due to the bosses anger with me. They are arrogant and unprofessional certainly could not recommend them to anyone. More
We bought a used vehicle. We were happy with the price and the trade-in value of our previous vehicle. However, the experience started going down-hill soon after that. The first issue began when they kept and the trade-in value of our previous vehicle. However, the experience started going down-hill soon after that. The first issue began when they kept my license and never called me to tell me they had it. I had to go back the next day and get it. Another reviewer said they took his license also - so now I'm suspicious with what they did with my license when they had it. Second issue -- 20 days later and I'm still waiting for the title for the vehicle I purchased which I discovered they never had. I'm close to my temporary tag expiring so extremely interested in how soon they will remedy this situation. Each and every time, I've had to call them about this issue. Not once have they called me even when I've left messages. They keep telling me it is in the mail and should arrive any day now. In fact the first time I called, they said they were missing the title from the car I traded in which was a lie because I brought it to them the same evening along with the 2nd set of keys for my old vehicle. If they issue me another temporary tag it might be time for me to go get a lawyer. Stay away from this dealer. Something is rotten in Denmark. More
Took my car in for service yesterday and was very impressed with the respectful and professional treatment I received from the Service Manager, Dave Tomko. Despite being very busy, Dave took the tim impressed with the respectful and professional treatment I received from the Service Manager, Dave Tomko. Despite being very busy, Dave took the time to explain, in detail, the diagnosis on my car and what was needed. I noticed he was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of other customers as well. I would definitely recommend taking your car to Dave, he took the stress out of getting my car repaired. Thank you Dave Tomko! More
Pricing received was good. Interest rate provided was excellent and the purchasing process was quick. The only disappointing part was the sales manager, Mike Ferguson. Not sure if we caught Mike on a bad day or if he's just been doing this for too long and no longer enjoys his job. Extremely RUDE, was very short when questions were asked, can be very arrogant and very difficult to obtain all the signed paperwork from - Claimed the copier is difficult to use. He was a stand up guy though and offered to purchase $ 20 worth of gas - $ 20 goes a long way in a Jeep vehicle these days. First time a dealership did not provide a full tank of gas with a new vehicle we purchased. In short, dealership has alot of other friendly sales people on site. Avoid Mike and save yourself some frustration and work with someone who's professional. More

Tom Hornikel made the experience stress free. The day my wife and I purchased the 200 it had been snowing. We just called and said that we were gonna be there in 45 min. Tom had the car brought inside and detailed. It was dry and warm waiting on us. Tom had the answers to all the questions that I had on the vehicle, and I had a lot of them. Tom is the kind of sales man that any one would hope for at a dealership and never finds. I would send my Mom there to see Tom and feel very good about it. Sincerely, William V. Patrick More
I price shopped quite a few Jeep dealerships before coming to Tomko Jeep so I knew what I was looking at for price. I emailed Tomko and received an email back, not an automated one, within a few hours coming to Tomko Jeep so I knew what I was looking at for price. I emailed Tomko and received an email back, not an automated one, within a few hours and it was late at night so I was very impressed. Mike was very thorough when I spoke with him over the phone and let me know what he had on his lot. I visited the dealership and was immediately greeted by another salesman who told me Mike was busy but I was welcome to grab some coffee in their cafe. Not even 5 minutes later Mike came over to greet me, as soon as I told him my name he quickly new who I was and grabbed the keys to a few vehicles. I was up-front with Mike and told him the price I was looking to pay. Mike not only was able to get me the price I wanted, he got me a vehicle with more options at that same price. he even allowed me to take the vehicle home (I only live a few blocks away) to show my wife the color since she could not come to the dealership with me. He offered me a great price on my trade in, and the very next day I went home with the vehicle. More
