I met Sales Manager Robert Baptiste at the door after which he brought up a car and explained all the amenities. He then introduced Jaldrin Rodriguez who proceeded to square away a deal in a short time. These two professional gentlemen were particularly friendly, provided immediate answers and had us on our way the same day. Lynn Ossie was exceptional in squaring away sale and financing in a friendly, breezy manner. It was a particular pleasure to work with these professional personnel at Ed Voyles Kia. My next expected new purchase will be a Hyundai Accent; any guess where I will buy? More

Not a good solution provider Brought in a car for check engine light, get a call itll be $500 to repair, a few hours later, get a call another part needs to be repaired, for addit Brought in a car for check engine light, get a call itll be $500 to repair, a few hours later, get a call another part needs to be repaired, for additional $600. Took it down the road, to another body shop cost only $200 for same work. Also the original repair did not resolve the issue it was supposed. It was a VCM motor that only fixed 1 side not both. Lenny and the ladies behind the counter were excellent, they did a great job of explaining everything, and its not there fault they are overcharging and not completing jobs, so they did great customer service. Just disappointing technicians and cost. More
