I come to this dealership to service my vehicle over the bigger and fancier Cookeville, TN Ford dealership just because of the two ladies that run the service department. They're amazing, stupid helpful, po bigger and fancier Cookeville, TN Ford dealership just because of the two ladies that run the service department. They're amazing, stupid helpful, polite, professional and literally try their best to save you money. They explain to you in detail about what's going on and so forth. Love them best service department in Putnam county hands down. Now only if we could expand them to be as big and fancy as the Cookeville Ford dealership that would be awesome. You know nicer seating area, more bathrooms, WiFi while I wait, a nicer bigger waiting area to make my wait a little more.... "homier" and less like I'm at work in a service shop🤷. But I love them. More
