They were very honest and did their best to help us get a wireless keypad installed. Unfortunately, the new trucks aren’t on the same frequency as the keypad Ford sells online, but they did their best to try wireless keypad installed. I would not recommend this dealership. I was played, lied to, and ignored. I have everything in writing, and the slimeball salesperson I dealt with, M, should be fired. I’ll be seeking further remedies after the weekend. I have held off on this review because I was giving them a chance to fix it. Despite making promises, they have not. And I don’t know who Samantha is or why y’all asked me to rate her. I never spoke to her. I would give negative stars if I could!!!! More

I appreciate that they were respectful of the time I set for my appointment. Everybody there was cordial and polite. The waiting room is a bit spartan but had all I needed!
