SERVICE VISIT

Overall this is a very good dealership. This time we had a recall on our Elantra. I brought it in for my appointment. I was told that they have to order parts for that recall and that I ha This time we had a recall on our Elantra. I brought it in for my appointment. I was told that they have to order parts for that recall and that I have to make another appointment. I am curious as to why they don't do that ahead of time or indicate such on the recall notice from Hyundai. In addition in the morning they could have certainly seen that I was coming in for a recall for my appointment looked up my Vin number since I bought it there and service it there and let me know. Would have given them 5 stars if they can fix this issue. This seems to be a way to improve this process so we don't waste 2 days. More
