Had a 10:00A. M. appointment. They asked if I was going to wait, told them no I was going to lunch with friends. They were to call when it was done. I called at 3:1 M. appointment. They asked if I was going to wait, told them no I was going to lunch with friends. They were to call when it was done. I called at 3:15 and I was told it wasn’t ready they were taking people that were waiting ahead of me. I have no problem with that but have my car ready at least by 2:00. They did fix my tire and give me a free complete detail when I come back in for service. That was appreciated. I understand they were short staffed that day but had I waited my car would have been done in a timely manner. More

I received an email from a third party that they hired offering an unbelievable deal to trade in my 2020 Sonata for a new 2022 Sonata. The dealer said it was a mistake but since their name was on the offe offering an unbelievable deal to trade in my 2020 Sonata for a new 2022 Sonata. The dealer said it was a mistake but since their name was on the offer they honor it even if they lost money. I don’t think anyone else would do that!! The salesman, Preston and the finance man, Jeff, were the best. This is my third Sonata and second time buying from them. I will go other places when it’s time for a new car. A+++ More
