I have always been pleased with the dealership in general. The service department is another story. When I bought my Tucson I purchased the extended warranty that was offered. The few times I broug general. The service department is another story. When I bought my Tucson I purchased the extended warranty that was offered. The few times I brought it in was not so pleasant. The service rep disagreed/argued that the work wasn't covered. Upon insisting they check, it was found to be covered. I don't like being told it wasn't covered and I'd have to come out of pocket when clearly it was covered. I'm glad I purchased the warranty just not happy with the human element of your service department! More
