Tire pressure air sensor was changed on my back passenger tire and when my wife left the dealership the tire started to wobble violently and we she pulled over to see what was wrong, she noticed that all the tire and when my wife left the dealership the tire started to wobble violently and we she pulled over to see what was wrong, she noticed that all the lug nuts was loose and three lug nuts had came off. The tire was about to come off as my wife was about to get on the interstate with our two young kids. I called the dealership back and they sent two mechanics out to secure they tire. She went back to the dealership to talk with the manager about how displeased she was and he asked if anything was damaged as if to say that if nothing was damaged no harm no foul but wasn’t as apologetic as I would have thought someone in his position should be. I think that offering a free car wash , an oil change or anything of that matter would have been better customer service for what could have been potentially fatal for my wife and kids if they would have made it on to the interstate in which she would have been traveling at a much higher speed. We will not be a returning customers because what happened was irresponsible beyond measure with very little sympathy for the near miss. If anyone happens to ask me anything about that dealership I would have to tell them about my experience. I am very unhappy about what transpired. More
