Sylvia--Hyundai warrants their paint finish for 3 years/36,000 miles, whichever occurs first. If your 2020 Kona is still under 36,000 miles it may be a matter that warranty can address. Please bring your vehicle to our service department this Friday, July 15 and ask for our service manager Ronald who can inspect and confirm.

I do not see tire rotation on my current invoice dated 6/26/22 compared to my last visit on 7/08/21. Tire rotation should be included in my service contract. Thank you, Sylvia

Sylvia, apart of the Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance you receive, is an oil change and tire rotation. You received both of these on your June 29th visit. This is paid by Hyundai and no charge to the customer so we ensure it is completed. If you'd like, you can bring the vehicle back to us and we will show you where the tires were rotated. Thank you

I do not see the tire rotation on the invoice. That was the only reason why I questioned about the tire rotation. I don't like to assume that the work was done just because it is a Complimentary Maintenance. Why was that not included on my invoice? I will have to return on Monday for Ronald to take pictures of the peeling paint on my car. Since Hyundai manufacturer schedule me on 7/13 and Ronald was out of town. You can show me then that my tires were rotated. TY.
