Every time I visit this location it's nothing more other than wonderful service. Very nice group of people. I've had my car for 4 1/2 years now and it's been nothing pure joy and whenever I have a problem, than wonderful service. Very nice group of people. Christina, the service representative, immediately welcomed me when I walked in, checked me in and took the keys to begin my oil change and tire rotation. She came to the waiting area to let me know I welcomed me when I walked in, checked me in and took the keys to begin my oil change and tire rotation. She came to the waiting area to let me know I had 4 things pertaining to a recall that needed attention. Three of the four were completed in the same time. Spoke to my salesman, Archie, and it was a pleasure going there just to say hello to all who helped me get the car I wanted without any hassles or stress we’ve all experienced at one time or another at a dealership. I made an appt for a recall only to be told upon arriving that the part wasn’t in. Called the next week to inquire & was told that the part was in & tried to schedule. When a person came on she said that the that the part wasn’t in. Called the next week to inquire & was told that the part was in & tried to schedule. When a person came on she said that the part was not in stock. I asked to speak to Robert & was told he wasn’t available. Asked to have him call me & didn’t return my call for about 7 hours. He was very rude to me & my dad when he went in. Answered the phone & just said “hello”. I even asked the girl that was trying to help me what in the world was going on over there? Robert had no time for me or my dad. I do have to say that I wish I knew who the girl was that scheduled my appt. because she was very polite and helpful More
