I really like my sales guy but was disappointed when keys to a vehicle couldn't be found. I test drove another vehicle that I really liked and ended up buying but it would have been nice to have more choices to a vehicle couldn't be found. Scheduled oil change - arrived and was greeted with a wonderful smile. The waiting area was pleasing- coffee was fresh- also when checking out was given a savings on my service- yea! wonderful smile. Made an appointment and was told when I arrived that it would be about an hour and a half… well, it was about 10-15 minutes short of 3 hours. My wipers weren’t even checked… driver’s side had about 6-8” fl would be about an hour and a half… well, it was about 10-15 minutes short of 3 hours. My wipers weren’t even checked… driver’s side had about 6-8” flopping from being torn. When my keys were returned, I asked if they replaced my wipers and was told, no, they are fine. Ummm, nope they were not. I went ahead and purchased new ones and they put them on right then. Otherwise, I would have gotten a refund and went to Auto Zone or somewhere else. Waiting THREE HOURS with an appointment shouldn’t ever happen. Courtesy calls should be made if appointments are running over an hour. I didn’t eat breakfast because I was planning on doing lunch afterwards… well, By the time I left, got through the horrible traffic, ordered and got my lunch… I was eating around 2:30. On the other hand - the staff were absolutely amazing as always. More
Ronald (service manager) was great, along with the driver to bring me to/from the shop. However, the disagreement/dismissal of with my concern from the initial service front desk gentleman was not appreciat to bring me to/from the shop.
