SERVICE VISIT

For this regular oil change we were told that our suv had a recall notice and they would take care of it at that time. Appointment was for 10:30 and we were on time only to have Robert tell my wife “our oil a recall notice and they would take care of it at that time. Appointment was for 10:30 and we were on time only to have Robert tell my wife “our oil change guy was not there and so they were backed up. Can you leave it or come back?”. At 3pm I talked to Robert on the phone and he told me we could pick it up in 10 minutes which, of course it took about 45 because low and behold the recall piece that was told to my wife was OOS actually was at the dealership. The service is always great however when I went in for an oil change, it took three hours even with an appointment. Because I have a Kia Ootima I always prefer the dealer over quick service oil change even w oil change, it took three hours even with an appointment.
