Finance manager saw two young women walking in together and tried to take advantage of that. He did not offer the approved interest rate I had been offered through Hyundai once before already until I was w and tried to take advantage of that. He then magically was able to lower the interest rate. He tried to use drawings and wrote out numbers to try and confuse me. Robert was rude, dismissive and unwilling to help fix the issues. After waiting for 3 hours the sensor issue was still not addressed.
