Alyssa--Firstly, we apologize for not exceeding your expectations during your recent visit to our service department. It is our aim to satisfy at every opportunity. The ABS and downhill braking warning lights activated on your vehicle--something that has occurred a month earlier as well. The first time the wheel speed sensor on one side was covered under warranty. Your most recent visit showed the sensor on the other side needed replacement but the vehicle was now out of warranty. We sympathize with your situation so we waived the diagnostic fee of $179.95 and completed the repair.
