Robert in service dept. is so on the ball. He usually helps me and I’m in and out of there within an hour having my oil changed and tires rotated. He always makes sure my w is so on the ball. And it takes at least one to hour drive to Covington to the dealership. I could go to one in Metairie which is close by but I choose to drive to Covington because of The great customer service and Robert gives that each time. More

Surprisingly very easy to schedule a same day appointment easy to drop off. I waited for them to finish. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but not too bad. I usually take it to the 5 minute places for easy to drop off. I waited for them to finish. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but not too bad. I usually take it to the 5 minute places for oil change bc it’s pretty quick and convenient and they give a free car wash (blue harbor). I needed to get some noise looked at so came here this time. I was able to bring it myself. I would be very compelled to continue service here for basic oil change and maintenance if there were an option to have my car picked up and returned. Staff were all very friendly. One negative feedback is about the filters. Cabin and engine both needed to be replaced… which seems to happen every single time I get my oil changed, so it’s curious to me if it’s legit. The cost of them is significantly more than just simply buying them on Amazon. Replacing them both takes me 5 minutes total. I recognize this is probably a big money maker, but it feels disingenuous. I’d suggest the cost needs to come down significantly and the “it needs to be replaced” needs to have a higher threshold. More
