Amanda--firstly, we apologize for not exceeding your car shopping expectations. It is our every desire to do so in every customer interaction we have the pleasure to engage in. Due to production constraints, inventory on particular models has slowed to a trickle. Dealers like ours are lucky to get any of some models like the hugely popular Santa Cruz, for instance. With limited resources, demand has spiked and many shoppers are paying a premium to win the vehicle of their dreams. It's an unfortunate side effect of the current market and we of course hope to see much deeper inventories sooner than later so we can return to delivering as many Santa Cruz vehicles as the public demands.

I didn’t purchase a highly popular car such as the Santa Cruz. The markup is on all of your vehicles, not just the popular ones. I chose to purchase another Hyundai as the one I had that finally stopped got me 329k miles and as stated before the warranties are great. I was in a situation where I HAD to buy a car, not wanting to. That market adjust essentially eliminated my down payment and makes my monthly note higher then what I wanted it to be It didn’t cost the dealership an extra 3k to have that car on the lot.
