I worked with the service manager who took my car right away, for an oil change and a tire rotation. He said there was a recall on the computer and they fix that and did an alignment. Made a same day appointment for 1:30 pm. Walked into service at 1:20 pm and was not acknowledged until 1:50 pm by management, who was very nice by the way. After inspection, they stated it would not be repaired because they could not guarantee it would fix our concern of coolant odor in home garage. Mileage was 59,2xx. I cannot help but feel like we were punted because of tail end of warranty period. More

The only complaint that I ever will have is that your phone system is terrible. They are very good about calling me but I can't ever get anyone on the phone because your automatic system sucks. More
