Made a same day appointment for 1:30 pm. Walked into service at 1:20 pm and was not acknowledged until 1:50 pm by management, who was very nice by the way. After inspection, they stated it would not be repaired because they could not guarantee it would fix our concern of coolant odor in home garage. Mileage was 59,2xx. I cannot help but feel like we were punted because of tail end of warranty period. More
