Our experience here has been better than at most dealerships. Their service department has been great for the last 7 years we have used them. The sales process was better than average compared to other dealers. The usual aggravation of buying a car, e.g. haggling over price and taking longer than one would expect, still exists. But, there was no strong arm tactic or anything pushy. There was the expected extended warranty offer and window etching offer, but nothing else. That is also the reason for four stars on overall experience. Buying is still a lengthy and tiring experience even when you think everything was negotiated the day before and you can just swing by to sign paperwork. To end back on a positive note, we shopped 8 dealers and even tried two different sites that get you a "no haggle price". NorthPark was competitive, offering price matching as well. We will likely return for our next vehicle. More
