Horrible, 2 1/2 months to fix the car after they told us a week prior that nothing was wrong with the car. Zero help finding a rental at a reduced rate, which all dealerships do. Every time I call to talk to the service manager or my service rep, they are always busy and very rarely received a call back with calling the dealership multiple times. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership and if this is the only dealership around that can work on a genesis vehicle, do not buy a genesis. I never write reviews, but when I saw this survey request, I couldn’t wait to tell my story. Also, after telling me nothing was wrong with my car, I drove 120 miles to my home and that’s where the problem happened again, 4 days later, so I had to have it towed to eddie tourelle’s dealership and again, zero help with the tow. All in all, with a Hyundai/ genesis extended warranty, this repair cost me over $2700.00 out of pocket. Oh, and while I’m paying for a rental, it took the service team over 2 weeks to finally tell me what was wrong with the car. More
