This is a great dealership to work with in purchasing a new car and following through with routine service. This visit was to replace a Santa Fe after a total loss. Michael was great as a sales agent, wi new car and following through with routine service. This visit was to replace a Santa Fe after a total loss. Michael was great as a sales agent, with no pressure and very knowledgeable about the inventory. Wesley in Finance was super helpful, and the entire process went very smoothy. Hunter met me outside and pointed me in the right direction. Everyone made me feel like they cared about me and wanted me to make the best decision possible! I always come back to this dealership, and don't plan to go anywhere else! More
Dropped car off night before for an 8am appointment Service was listed as a hour and a half procedure. Service agent didn’t come in till noon. Tecnician scheduled for service wasn’t there. Vehicle en Service was listed as a hour and a half procedure. Service agent didn’t come in till noon. Tecnician scheduled for service wasn’t there. Vehicle ended up in shop all day. Apologies given. However, I should have been contacted up front and given the chance to reschedule. My appointment had been on the books for 3 weeks due to my personal commitments. Not having my car for my afternoon commitments required others to adjust their schedule and my daughter to leave work early. Exactly what I waited 3 weeks to avoid. More
I guess it's my fault for not knowing about cars, but I feel absolutely violated by how much they take advantage of that. After paying thousands for what they assured was necessary work I decided I better feel absolutely violated by how much they take advantage of that. After paying thousands for what they assured was necessary work I decided I better start learning to do it myself. Well turns out what they did really should take 3-4 hours, they charged 10. An hour labor to change a valve cover. Sounds fancy, but it's just a plastic cover that SNAPS ON and needs to be taken off to get to the spark plugs anyway. They charge an hour for each minor item regardless of how trivial. I get minimum labor, but you don't get to start the clock over after each step. And don't even get me started on the mark up for parts. Oh, and I broke down again two days after getting my car back (after three weeks). More
Had my car serviced beginning of July, and was told that a part would be ordered for my check engine light. I was told it would take 5 to 6 days to have it in. Almost 2 months goes by and I never heard from a part would be ordered for my check engine light. I was told it would take 5 to 6 days to have it in. Almost 2 months goes by and I never heard from the service advisor, I called numerous times and left messages, but did not get a call back. Finally was able to bring my car in when I was told the parts came in, and dropped my car off. I was also told it would take two hours to fix the car, But didn’t hear back from anyone that day. I called several times only to be told the next day that they need to order another part. We had plans to go out of town for Labor Day weekend, but because they kept the car longer than expected, we had to cancel our trip. Horrible service. I will be bringing my car to another dealership from now on. More
