Set an appointment, got to the dealer and was told 4 hour wait time. I asked if a loaner vehicle was available, I was told they only had one and it was out. I have a Genesis and when I inquired about the valet service was told I needed to speak to a manager to schedule. I left a message for said manager and never received a return call.
