The app to check on progress never works. My car was in arrival process when I had finally picked it up. Never received call that car was ready. This has happened several times now. I showed My car was in arrival process when I had finally picked it up. Never received call that car was ready. This has happened several times now. I showed up to claim car over a day later and paperwork wasn’t ready to checkout. Customer service not as good as it has been. But my problem was fixed. Final price was about $150 more than quoted though. More
