Yes Mr. Ramano, We performed a recall for replacing a fuse. Hyundai requires the technician to record the repair. I can assure you it was replaced. I would be happy to show you our claim of the repair. We spoke about our computer having trouble connecting to your vehicle, because we were checking 3 lights that were coming on for no charge. We said based on the light you described it sounded like a wheel speed sensor and gave you a quote. You even said your son thought the same thing. Thank you for your feedback Mrs. Smith. Christina spoke with me Monday and said that when we called from our number it showed up as spam on your phone. We are looking into the issue. We haven't had any other issues with it, but we are definitely trying to figure out why it showed as spam on your phone. She did say she was able to able to fit you in between our appointments and comp your service repair. I hope that helps with your feelings about the dealership.
