It took three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was obviously an afterthought compared to the amenities found at Hyundai of Slidell. Was told the service would take 2 hours. Dropped off at 8am and wasn’t able to leave with my car until 3:30. If I would have known it was going to take that long I wouldn’t have scheduled work appointments for that afternoon, but I had to miss 3 appointments which cost me about $800 in sales that day. Ruined my entire timeline for the day. Tried calling multiple times to check in on my car- no one was answering the service phone but no surprise when I called the sales line someone answered immediately. The absolute only good thing about this service was Mike, the shuttle driver. He was wonderful. I highly doubt I will ever return to this dealership, as they did nothing to try to make ruining my day right after having to wait over 5 hours for a job that should have taken 2. More

Well, I would like more service after the sale. I asked to be shown the bells and whistles and how to work them all. That didn’t happen. I went out of town over the weekend and had to pull over, I asked to be shown the bells and whistles and how to work them all. That didn’t happen. I went out of town over the weekend and had to pull over,, get the book out to learn how to use the cruise. My friend that just bought a Subaru had a person from the dealership make an appointment with her to go to her house and show her all the features and how to work them . Now that’s service!! I’ll eventually figure them out, but it would be nice to be shown!! Over all, it was a decent experience. And I’m enjoying my car, but I’d enjoy it more if I knew all the features!! More
