The service on my Kia Sorrento was very good, I was constantly updated on The work being done on my vehicle. I was given a shuttle ride to IHOP and back during and after The process. I found it easy to make an appointment by phone. Dealership offered a coupon for the service I wanted done on my vehicle. Dropped rating by one star as we realized afterwards the wheel lock we left in the cup holder for the tire rotation was not returned. I immediately called service advisor who was able to retrieve our lock. I had to return to the dealership the next day to pickup the lock. This could have left us stranded if we had a tire issue. The service advisor explained they use their own set of locks and the technician accidentally thought the lock was theirs. In the future, I will not leave my lock out for service, but will keep it in the car. More
I am please with the new vehicle but not happy with either the financing or the trade-in procedure. I had a set amount that I wanted for a trade-in, offered by another dealership and they said they either the financing or the trade-in procedure. I had a set amount that I wanted for a trade-in, offered by another dealership and they said they would match it. What they actually did was give me less for a trade-in and then added the sales tax I would save to make up the amount. I was not pleased on how they did this. When it came time for the financing a bunch of additional warranties and services were added without my prior knowledge or approval and I had to come back twice to get those removed from the original contract. I don’t understand why additional warranties were added onto a vehicle that already has five manufacturer warranty‘s covering the car for a total of five years or 100,000 miles . If I ever buy another car from this dealership, I will first sell my vehicle outright and then have my own financing. We will see what goes on as far as service and see how good the service department is. In response to the question above I would neither recommend or not recommend the dealership. I was somewhat pleased but overall I’ll give it a poor rating More
