We all appreciate you taking time to schedule your appointment. Doing so helps us know the traffic we may expect that day, prepare staff accord ingly, and confirm that you will have your vehicle serviced. Unfortunately we cannot always predict what our drive-in traffic will look like. That's a variable that affects the turnaround time for all our customers. We work to ensure everyone is seen and work is completed correctly in as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality of work.
