I scheduled an appointment to have a recall fixed on my 2016 Toyota Corolla. I was greeted warmly by Omar as he checked in my vehicle. He said it would probably take a couple of hours to fix. I inquired ab 2016 Toyota Corolla. I was greeted warmly by Omar as he checked in my vehicle. He said it would probably take a couple of hours to fix. I inquired about a shuttle that could take me and my young daughter home to wait instead of waiting in the dealership. He kindly answered all my questions and scheduled me for a shuttle home and a shuttle back to the dealership when my car would be finished. That is when I met Sam- the driver of the shuttle. Such a nice young man. He took us home safely and picked us back up when my car was finished. Overall, this was a great experience and recommend the service department next time work is needed on your car. More
