Service Appointment I like the fact that I check in with the same person, Tim Brown, for every check up for my car. He is always professional but friendly. Plus, I feel I like the fact that I check in with the same person, Tim Brown, for every check up for my car. He is always professional but friendly. Plus, I feel I can trust his opinion and observations about what the car needs. So that is excellent. I think it is great that we are given an estimate of what everything will coast and how long it might take. That is a plus, I also like the fact that Eddy's T gives us a clean place to wait with beverages & snacks, some free & some you can pay for. That is a very nice touch. Some things I would like to see improvement on: Tell the Toyota workers to slow down when walking in the area where the customers wait. I almost ran into two of them when we were both coming around corners. Plus, the "pep rally" that I think the sales people had to sell more cars is not pleasant to listen to. The music is loud, the cheer leader was very loud and it seemed to go fir 30 min. I understand the purpose but give them another room to do it in, please. More

Bad customer service the adviser who helping me was very rude. He is not very friendly. Omar’s & Julio’s performance I had received a letter from Toyota involving a potential recall on my brakes. I brought my car in to have it checked to see if it was one of the aff I had received a letter from Toyota involving a potential recall on my brakes. I brought my car in to have it checked to see if it was one of the affected vehicles. Omar was the technician manager that handled my car, and arranged for transportation from Julio. Julio drove me to and from my home while the work was being done. Both men did an outstanding job representing Eddie’s Toyota.
