Service center is a scam Took my in to Eddy’s trucks ac was stuck on said they would look at it and give me a quote,they called later in day and said they had found a loose w Took my in to Eddy’s trucks ac was stuck on said they would look at it and give me a quote,they called later in day and said they had found a loose wire and it would be 300$ to fix before they could find problem ,I declined and pick up truck now the heater was stuck on , I asked them what they did to it and they said nothing I got home and looked behind the glovboxs and found 4 cut wires hidden up above blower found the other end hidden where it was cut.all 4 wire were cut. Straight across . Also they had to break the bracket off that holds the tie strap that holds the wires to pull the wires up and hide them so high up behind the dash, man that work on truck was Tristan Moyer he is running quit a scam. This is no less then vandalism.they have been couht this is so dishonest,thank before you take your vehicular I ther More
Worst sales and service in wichita It is very sad that in an area of 500K people one dealer is all we have for Toyota and it is by far the worst in town. You see most of the Toyota car It is very sad that in an area of 500K people one dealer is all we have for Toyota and it is by far the worst in town. You see most of the Toyota cars in my are come from out of town as they want to avoid Eddy's altogether. Because of this the dealer pushes more and more gimmicks and silly advertisements. The did not service my wife's Highlander on several occasions, even though we thought it was better to use the dealer to try and hold up the extended warranty. The result was a $13000 bill for a new engine when the car was at 77,000 miles and was out of it's 75,000 Toyota extended warranty. More
They have my trade and they have the car I was buying I went for a recall on my car, they sold me a car telling me they could get financing. Poor service and crooks I went to buy a car with very good credit and little to pay off my trade in. Those vultures kept me there for hours claiming to get me into a nice car I went to buy a car with very good credit and little to pay off my trade in. Those vultures kept me there for hours claiming to get me into a nice car. They said there was no other way to do payments and had me in payments every two weeks basically screwing me over on high monthly payments so I switched the agreement to State Farm and cancelled part of my contract. Then I went in for service and told them flat out NOT to change the oil which was changed a month earlier. I found out they put a new oil sticker in my car telling me they did it anyway. I was to only have tires rotated and they said it would take an hour. 15 minutes later it was done. Makes me wonder if they did ANYTHING at all. More
Unable to contact service department We have called about 6 numbers and cannot get a call to go through. Only contact is through cell phone and very unsatisfactory! Average Although I had an appointment, it still took an unusually long amount of time to get checked in and to just have an oil change done. Either Toyota has some major quality problems or watch out for what the service tech is telling you. Recently had my 2014 Highlander with 29k miles in for service. Was told the brake fluid needed flushed because it was dirty and the air intake needed cleaned because particles of oil were being sucked in from the engine. I tried to find out if Toyota had design problems that would cause this to happen so quickly. The service tech told me he has had to change his brake fluid twice in the last 9k miles and this was a concern for me. What about the engine intake issue--no real answer. I have tried to have the service manager or some else contact me, but after one week, they don't really seem to care. More

nightmare I made appointment for bad seat sensor on air bag. They confirmed this appointment no less than 5 times in the days before the appointment. They didn't ever bother to make sure they had replacement sensors before the day I drove 2 hrs and waited an adiitional 2.5 hrs to tell me it's a bad sensor and they don't have one! Then tried to say it wasn't under warranty. Unbelievable. Truck has extended warranty. Put a tent around this CIRCUS!! More
