Was told the brake fluid needed flushed because it was dirty and the air intake needed cleaned because particles of oil were being sucked in from the engine. I tried to find out if Toyota had design problems that would cause this to happen so quickly. The service tech told me he has had to change his brake fluid twice in the last 9k miles and this was a concern for me. What about the engine intake issue--no real answer. I have tried to have the service manager or some else contact me, but after one week, they don't really seem to care. More

nightmare I made appointment for bad seat sensor on air bag. They confirmed this appointment no less than 5 times in the days before the appointment. They didn't ever bother to make sure they had replacement sensors before the day I drove 2 hrs and waited an adiitional 2.5 hrs to tell me it's a bad sensor and they don't have one! Then tried to say it wasn't under warranty. Unbelievable. Truck has extended warranty. Put a tent around this CIRCUS!! More
Review I didn't like the shuttle pickup truck- uncomfortable and hard to get into because it was tall. Don't buy tire and wheel warranty or get service So I have been going to Eddy's a few times which has been a disappointment but not for the cost. 1st had an older car which they replaced the air bag So I have been going to Eddy's a few times which has been a disappointment but not for the cost. 1st had an older car which they replaced the air bag on warranty but I asked if they would look at because the airbag light was going on and off and the dash clock didn't work. That would cost $80 just to assess what it is. Second bought a new vehicle to me and invested in tire wheel warranty, which since the nails didn't have enough wear on them the claim was rejected. So thinking I was covered under warranty had Eddy's replace the tires well didn't ask if I wanted a wheel alignment did it anyway. The truck pulled to the right after picking it up 3 to 4 visits later and a technician that needs to drive 17 miles to figure out that it is the tire after rotating the tires three times. Biggest disappointment is the only kept driving the truck over and over just so they could tell me they are not at fault and I still need alignment. They only aligned one tire 1° for $80. Just watch what they do and if go in for warranty/recall hope nothing goes wrong because it will just cost you more money. More
