Most places charge for diagnostic which is understandable. Not eddys. 119.95 to diagnose. Even if you spend $900 on the repair you do you keep the 119.95. Good way to cheat customers out of extra money. How many times a day does someone come in and can’t name exact work to be done. Many. Each getting 119.95 plus tax.
