I had been contacted by the dealership about trading my vehicle in for something newer. I was excited at the aspect of this and didn't think that I would qualify for anything however in the emails from the vehicle in for something newer. I was excited at the aspect of this and didn't think that I would qualify for anything however in the emails from the employee who contacted me I was told that my taxes could be part of my loan and that the payment would be the same as what I was currently paying. Needless to say neither of those happened. They were full of promises until I signed the paperwork and then I had to contact them several times to get answers to questions. I told the employee that I would come back to Baxter but after the treatment once I pulled off the lot, I'm not so sure now. More

Mr. Saxton called to setup a time to discuss a pending lease expiration and to examine the options going forward. At that meeting he explained all the options relating to the lease termination and asked lease expiration and to examine the options going forward. He listened to our concerns and interests and made several recommendations. He was straight forward with cost information and worked with us to meet out payment goals. He was attentive at all times and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Upon delivery of the newly leasesd vehicle, Charles demonstrated all of the vehicle's features to my wife, she is the primary driver, and answered all of her questions.
