I contacted Randy at 5:45pm on Wednesday the 9th and he was able to schedule my vehicle in the very next day at 9:00am. When I arrived I was greeted right away. I had asked to have my vehicle back by 3:oopm the same day, I received a phone call from Randy by 11:30am letting me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, I was once again greeted as soon as I walked into the Service Department. Randy presented me with my paperwork and went over the work that was performed on my vehicle. Randy is a "perfect" example of who and what a Service Advisor should be, he is one of Baxter's true assets. Thank you for making a very stressful situation, hassle free. More

Chad was an amazing sales person. I had really bad day at Baxter today (October 31, 2009) the salesman kept lying to his teeth. When I got to there this morning he told me if we close the deal today you get free TV or snow blower or IPOD. the salesman kept lying to his teeth. After four hours of lying, dealing and welling we agreed on a price. He asked me to sign here and sign here which I did without realizing he snuck in one of the document I signed “no gift”. When it is time for me to leave I asked him about the TV he replay sorry no TV. I asked him why not he showed me the document it says “no gift”. I would not recommend any one to go to the use deal at Baxter if you want good deal and good salesmen go to woodhouse. By the way the salesman (the liar) he name is Adam Westover. More
We purchased our first Jeep from Baxter in 1998. We still have it - 34, 500 miles at this point in time. In fact, I convince my boss to buy a Jeep and he is on his second one - also from Baxter. We needed another vehicle with room for three growing grandsons and their baseball equipment as well as a safe, dependable vehicle. We like the smooth ride, the room, the warranty and teh safety features of this jeep as well as the "extras" - sunroof, heated seats, and touch radio. WE shopped at other dealships, but came back to the Rocky Mountain. Best of all, Baxter me our price. Ray was very informative and not pushy. We did have to go back and forth with Ray and his manager a few times, but they met our price. We're very happy with this. We also appreciated the calls from Ray to make sure we are happy. I took my Dodge Dakota in for waranty work. Randy did an excellent job at making an appointment that was convenient for me. Also kept me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When my truck was done they washed it and did not leave any thing dirty, i.e. door panels, inside trim. The reason i brought my truck in was the auto down window stuck 3/4 of the way down. Also the bed was not aligned with the cab. I was amazed they could fix this problem because i thought this was something i would have to live with because when I bought a 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad cab it was the same way. I am very pleased with the service i recieved from this dealership, especially Randy Hamling. More

The last three vehicles I have purchased have all come from Baxter. They treated me right the first time and nothing has changed. I suggested to them what I wanted to pay and they found me multiple cars from Baxter. They treated me right the first time and nothing has changed. I suggested to them what I wanted to pay and they found me multiple cars to choose from. I was able to test drive everyone of them and found the one that fit me the best. It is a perfect match. There was never any pressure to show me anything I didn't think I could afford. I had a little trouble with the car in the first 30 days and they fixed the problem and had me on my way in no time. I am very grateful for the people at Baxter and how they make the car buying experience a good one. More
