We purchased our first Jeep from Baxter in 1998. We still have it - 34, 500 miles at this point in time. In fact, I convince my boss to buy a Jeep and he is on his second one - also from Baxter. We like the smooth ride, the room, the warranty and teh safety features of this jeep as well as the "extras" - sunroof, heated seats, and touch radio. WE shopped at other dealships, but came back to the Rocky Mountain. Best of all, Baxter me our price. Ray was very informative and not pushy. We did have to go back and forth with Ray and his manager a few times, but they met our price. We're very happy with this. We also appreciated the calls from Ray to make sure we are happy. I took my Dodge Dakota in for waranty work. Randy did an excellent job at making an appointment that was convenient for me. Also kept me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When my truck was done they washed it and did not leave any thing dirty, i.e. door panels, inside trim. The reason i brought my truck in was the auto down window stuck 3/4 of the way down. Also the bed was not aligned with the cab. I was amazed they could fix this problem because i thought this was something i would have to live with because when I bought a 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad cab it was the same way. I am very pleased with the service i recieved from this dealership, especially Randy Hamling. More
