Once I became aware of this customer’s dissatisfaction with their recent vehicle purchase we contacted them to address their concerns. Based on their comments on DealerRater.com it appeared there was some confusion as to whether a gift of an IPod, TV or Snow Blower was included in their car deal. The customer agreed to come into the dealership to discuss this issue further. At that time, we offered to give them one of the gift items as they requested. When that offer was rejected we decided to un-wind their car deal, which is not a common practice. We appreciate public forums like DealerRater.com that allow both customers and businesses an opportunity to discuss both positive and negative interactions in a communal setting. It’s the goal of every Baxter Chrysler Jeep Dodge employee to exceed the expectations of each of our customers. If that goal is not obtained, we do everything we can to make sure all of our customers concerns get acknowledged and rectified to the best of our ability. While I’m disappointed that we could not make this customer completely satisfied my staff will continue to strive to make customer satisfaction our #1 priority!
