I just had to come back and update this review. I bought a vehicle that was not on the lot, and was told it should be available in 2-4 days. It took 3 weeks to get the vehicle, and my paperwork was not sent to me until after the "in-transits" had expired, which was more than 30 days after the purchase, so I had to pay a penalty when licensing the vehicle. Furthermore, nowhere on my tax form was there any mention of the Cash-For-Clunker trade-in, which lead an incompetent County Treasurer's Office employee to over-tax me by $385, which I have finally received a refund from the Department of Revenue after much time and effort. And now, JUST TODAY, I received a call from Baxter informing me that they have lost the title to the vehicle I traded in, and they want me to come in to sign power-of-attorney forms so that they can get a duplicate title. The folks down at Baxter are really making a strong case for the "Most Incompetent Car Dealer" award of 2009. Good job, Baxter!
