WE went to this dealer because of an add we saw in the newspaper. The "clunker" buy out was in effect. We live 80 miles from this dealer so we called them on the phone to get some details about the va newspaper. The "clunker" buy out was in effect. My husband was connected to Jim Thomas, a sales representative, he was very helpful and took the time to visit and answer questions. We decided to visit with Jim and took off for Omaha in our old pickup.We asked to speak to Jim when we arrived and were immediately directed to him. He was very courteous, low pressure and gave us time to look at the vans he had on hand and gave us the key to drive this one. When we returned he showed us another we asked about. We chose the second van and were about to talk about price when it came over the internet that the funds for "clunkers" had been withdrawn. We then visited awhile about what it would cost for this van if we traded in our car. We decided to think about it and left. The next day Jim called to tell us the deal was on again for "clunkers" if we were still interested. Since we were interested my husband went back and they agreed on a price. Since it was late in the day we took the van and returned with it on Monday and turned in the old pickup. It was late when we got there on Monday and the detailer persons had left so Jim Thomas did the detailing himself( did an excellant job too). We were given his card and he told us if we had any problems we are to call him. We would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had a very low pressure experience. We were treated with respect and our needs were asked and met. When asked what we were willing to spend, we were shown vehicles in our price range and not several t with respect and our needs were asked and met.
