I bought a new 2009 PT Cruiser (surf blue) from this dealership this past week. I am a 30yr old active duty military woman that does not need to feel shorter then my 5'1" stature already dictates. Any questions Joe (my sales rep) could not answer he would immediately get someone to answer it for me. His attitude and sales style reflected the Heartland Hospitality that has had me love being stationed out here. Honest salesmanship....how hard is that to come by these days? In fact the numbers were not accurate, which my husband pointed out more than once. We are reponsible, intelligent managers of our money and credit and delaying our conversation with the finance rep was irritating. Ray Balenger....I called from Sioux City, Iowa to ask if they had a used Jeep Liberty. I left a message and he got right back to me. Said he will do his best to help us.
