Purchasing Hyundai Accent We arrived before 9am on a Saturday. We wondered the lot looking at cars for awhile and no one came to help us. We finally walked in and asked the rec We arrived before 9am on a Saturday. We wondered the lot looking at cars for awhile and no one came to help us. We finally walked in and asked the receptionist if anyone wanted to sell a car today. She informed us they were in a meeting. She paged for someone and we still had to wait ten more minutes till the meeting was over. I understand you need employee meetings but they should be held before you open especially on a Saturday which would be your busiest day and you open at 830 but don't have a salesperson available till 930. The only other issue I had was it took over a week in a half after we purchased the car to have our trade in picked up by the tow truck. It was slow getting in with the finance guy. There was also a lack of communication with the finance guy. We traded in two vehicles and he apparently gave us credit from both of the plates from those cars and didn't tell us. So I took the plates to the DMV because obviously I couldn't use two sets of plates on a car. Then 2 weeks later I get a letter from the DMV telling me I owe them money and found out it was because the finance guy already figured my refund from the plates in the deal but no one told me. So now I have to go back to the DMV and pay the money back to them that was refunded. I will say though we are happy with the car and with your dealership. I bought a car 8 months ago from Woodhouse and that has been a nightmare ever since and I will never go back to them. We will definitely be back to you guys again. More

Excellent My salesman was very nice and personable. He called me on 3 occasions to make sure I was happy with my SUV. Unfortunately, I suffered a flat tire th My salesman was very nice and personable. He called me on 3 occasions to make sure I was happy with my SUV. Unfortunately, I suffered a flat tire the first week (an act of God). I needed to have the tire replaced. I called the dealership on Sunday, and they stated to drop it off on Monday morning. I dropped my SUV off at 6:45 a.m., and a courtesy driver drove me to work. Unfortunately, when my tire arrived, they delivered the wrong one. I had to be picked up and taken back to the dealership to retrieve my SUV. I drove it back the next morning at 6:45, and they had it finished at 10:00 a.m. I was wondering why you don't keep at least a couple of tires on hand for the 2016 Tuscon. I thought it was odd they had to order it. Firestone had one, but I wanted to have my SUV serviced at your dealership, as it is a lease, and I want it to be taken care of. Other than the flat tire, my experience was very good. I will recommend buying or leasing cars from your dealership. As a matter of fact, my parents purchased an Equinox from the same dealer group and were also pleased with the service. I want to make sure my salesman gets credit. He was very nice and did not pressure me and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Also, your courtesy drivers are excellent and so are the service department staff. More
