Purchased a certified used car, had problems immed. Brought car back over a dozen times for same problems, still having probs. Rude employees, that lied to my face. Was told upon purchase that "we follow through even after sales, we take care of our customers". Not true. Typical dealership. After purchase (unless you are a BIG spender that buys a lot of cars there), you are forgotten about. If you have interest in a car that someone else wants and they're willing to buy it on the spot, sorry, but you just lost your chance, even though you have the car in your possession at the time! Detail cleaned my car twice, once before purchase, and once right after. Poor job both times, and they damaged my paint washing it. Service damaged the hood and touched it up with paint and told no one, I was not compensated for this in any way, not even a 'sorry that happened'. This is such a small amt of the problems I had with this dealership, Eich VW. I hope it helps you in your car search. Be careful with these people. There are some good cons working there. If I'd asked around I'd have learned why NOT to go to Eich! Ask people about their experience with Eich before you go there. More

There was miscommunication which caused some problems at first, but they were more than willing to fix the problem and made up for the miscommunication. I am very satisfied with their service and willingnes first, but they were more than willing to fix the problem and made up for the miscommunication. I am very satisfied with their service and willingness make situations better. I will definitely return there and recommend others to do as well. More
