I bought my Oldsmobile silhouette from a family member who serviced the van at Mckay's. They recommended that I bring it to Mckay's for service. I went to McKays to buy a car. Found quite a selection of new and used cars. All of the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Bought a used Jeep Wrangler and it came with free oil changes. Brought my Chevrolet Monte Carlo into Mckays for a oil change. The service department is a busy place but my experience was quick and easy. While I was waiting I enjoyed looking at the new cars in the sho change. The service department is a busy place but my experience was quick and easy. I bought a set of tires from mckays, they gave me a good deal with free tire rotations and a free 2 year tire warranty. Very pleased with my purchase. I went in for an oil change. Elliot always looks up my car as I a driving in so he always knows who it is by name. What a great touch! I will surely be buying a new Dodge Charger before the year is over! I would be dong it right now but I am in job transition so it makes more sense for me to wait a few months. It is always a positive experience when I come in to McKays. When my car is ready I am always told in detail what was done and how my car is doing overall. McKays has some great employees that give an overall pleasant experience. I recommend McKays to everyone I know. I have bought 2 vehicles from them so far and will def be buying a third! Disappointing experience overall. Ended up being charged extra to make truck work for us despite being told several times it would. We purchased a used car in December and have had nothing but trouble with it. We will NEVER buy from here again and are spreading the word for others not to buy form here. SO far I have had to replace both sets of struts, the water pump, the ball baring joints, and have an alignment done. I know that as is mean there is no warranty but it also DOES NOT give them the right to flat out LIE to THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! We called and were nice about it and their response was after a car reaches over 100,000 miles we just have to make sure it passes a safety check - we're not responsible for making sure it works. I didn't intend them to pay for everything but I guess I thought they would be some what decent about it and at least try to help, NOT JUST BLOW OFF A CUSTOMER!!!! well, like I said we are spreading the word for people NOT TO BUY FROM THEM or risk getting a crappy car the choice is up to you. Or at least make sure the car works. More

since this dealership has been taking over by a new owner i have to say that there has been a geat change in how the staff treats people and problems. I went back after the new owner took over and the people there could not help me enough. What a change ! More
