Disorganized and sloppy service First, we arrived at the dealership at noon, did a test drive, and signed all the paperwork with April. Next, Mehdi attached temporary plates to our new Honda Fit and noticed that the VIN on the plates did not match the VIN on all our paperwork. It appears that paperwork had the VIN of the TrueCar quoted car as opposed to the one they had available on the lot and the one we test drove. It's good that Mehdi caught it and notified April and we appreciate it. Unfortunately, we had to wait another couple hours until April was done with another customer and then we had to re-file all the paperwork again. In addition, April tried to make me allow her to run the credit check even though I was paying cash (debit). As a result, we left the dealership at 9 PM. Second, even though we specifically instructed April to add our bank as a lienholder to the DMV paperwork that never happened. I received the title with no lienholders. After that, I emailed Mehdi (5 times!) and he finally responded that April left the dealership and I need to talk to a different person. Thanks but no thanks. I will have to go to the DMV myself and correct their mistake. It's not a bad dealership but once they sell you the car, nobody really cares about you anymore. I also emailed Larry Maxson (general manager) with no response. Does not look like this dealership tries to build a long-lasting relationship with the customers. What a shame. More

Good service I came for an oil change and tire rotation initially. And receptionist lady said that manager gonna call me to his office. Later I after 35 min I got no response from receptionist and manager then i went again to receptionist to ask is that good if can meet him she said NO he is still on meeting and I saw him he was in his office I guess his meeting was finished then I waited again for 1 hour and 20 minutes Then again I went to receptionist to ask about manager she said go to service department to talk assistant then I saw a manager .I went there and finally decided to talk after 2 hour of wait “they do drive me nuts for 2 hour that was a xxxxxxxx service” I talk and explain to manger that this happen I been waiting for 2 hours then manager too !! no one told him that .I have appointment .That’s sound crazy again!!
