The reason I am taking the time to write this is because it seems that people usually only takes the time to complain but never take the time to pat someone on the back. I felt like Janice really cared about me as a person, not just my sale. I am sure someone could promise to save me a hundred bucks, but to me service and respect are just as important. Janice was so receptive to what I was looking for and made sure that I got the car that best matched my budget without sacrificing what I want. Outstanding Service!!! I was involved in a car accident, rear ended at full stop, the other car, travelling, at 65 MPH. I thought, I was going to die. My car, totaled. I I was involved in a car accident, rear ended at full stop, the other car, travelling, at 65 MPH. I thought, I was going to die. My car, totaled. I did not, and got out, with only minor aches. Everyone, said, it was a miracle. I believe that, it was a miracle. My insurance plan does not cover rental car, so I really needed, to buy a new car. I was torn, should I buy, the same car that was totaled, or something of equal or better value. The 2019 Accord was one of my choices, specifically, the 2.0 Sport Trim. Different dealerships were offering competitive pricing. The first and, in the end, last dealer that I went, was, Honda at El Cerrito, CA. First, salesperson person that I met was, Joshua Franklin. I know, it was all a team effort, April Little, from the Finance Dept, was also outstanding, but, it was the outstanding, service, that, Josh, gave me that truly sealed the deal. True, Josh, gave me an outstanding deal. But, other, dealerships, have great deals. What made me decide to buy my replacement car on the very first dealership that I visited?? Answer, outstanding service. It was the great attitude, most important, the peerless, personalized service, that, Josh, initially, provided me, that, sealed the deal. Yah, the dealership is in the business of selling cars. But, in order for people to buy cars, you should be able to convince them, why, they should buy it from you. Great deals do count. But, for me, outstanding attitude, personalized treatment, being a good human being, being treated with respect and dignity. Those values, matters more, and, Joshua Franklin, and the rest of the team at Honda at El Cerrito, gave that to me. I know this is a long review, but, heck, I truly, appreciate this experience. Thanks Josh, you and the people that were patient enough to take care of me, are the real reason, why, your dealership is outstanding. Thanks Again!!! More
