I was literally praying for a positive experience and to hopefully be connected to a female sales representative. I walked in and was put in touch with Silvia Garcia. We had to drive a few miles to go to their other lot to view the car I was interested. During that time we were able to chat a little about our lives and I instantly liked her. She's genuine and it's her goal to provide the best sales experience possible. I purchased the car that evening and was thrilled with the outcome. So Impressed with Janice! Janice was very helpful in getting us a 2018 car at a price we were happy with. When she took the car to fill it with gas, she was rear-ended and we Janice was very helpful in getting us a 2018 car at a price we were happy with.
