YoYo Financing Run Forest! Run! I came in with prequalified offer from Capital One. They were intent on selling EVERY additional warranty so did spot delivery with 4 Run Forest! Run! I came in with prequalified offer from Capital One. They were intent on selling EVERY additional warranty so did spot delivery with 4.9% interest rate. Then sent a "Notice to rescind" a couple of days AFTER the 10 day limit. I came back to surrender car, they were name calling after I refused to sign another contract at $15%, then 8%. The finance manager actually had HIDDEN the key I had given him, in plain site on his cleared desk. They did not return deposit until 10 days later under pretense NO ONE KNEW how to do a REFUND TO DEBIT CARD! Awaiting complaints filed with Honda Executive Offices (Who settled huge lawsuit regarding same practice!), DMV, Attorney General Office, FTC and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I went to Volvo Cars of Walnut Creek next day with identical pre-qualified letter, out in an hour. Received loan confirmation from Capital One a week later. We bought an XC-60, good price, the works and a staff that were exceptional, professional and honorable. Car sales with integrity. More
