I RECENTLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY WINDOW NOT CLOSING ON MY 95 HONDA ACCORD AND BROUGHT IT DOWN TO HONDA OF EL CERRITO LAST SATURDAY PRETTY CLOSE TO TO CLOSING TIME. THEY HAD NO TECHNICIANS LEFT AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO AT LEAST GET MY WINDOW UP FOR ME SO I CAN GET THROUGH THE WEEKEND WITHOUT GETTING MY CAR STOLEN. MEL WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND SHOWED SO MUCH COMPASSION IN HELPING . I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH MEL AND HIS ASSOCIATES.
