I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent service experience. I previously attempted to bring my vehicle in for service and was told that without an appointment, there was no guarantee the dealers experience. Based on that guidance, I scheduled an appointment online several weeks in advance. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment at approximately 7:15 a.m. on Thursday, I was repeatedly asked whether I had an appointment despite having one. I was directed to Tim B., who had been assigned as my service advisor through the scheduling system. Tim advised that he needed to gather information from my vehicle. I followed him because I was concerned about missing the shuttle service. Rather than explaining the shuttle process, he appeared annoyed and sharply instructed me to wait by his desk. A simple explanation regarding shuttle availability would have addressed my concern. Instead, I was left feeling as though I was inconveniencing him. The larger issue, however, was what happened afterward. By approximately 5:00 p.m. that same day, I had received no updates regarding my vehicle. When I called for a status update, I was informed that Tim had already left for the day. I then sent a text message requesting an update. At approximately 8:22 a.m. the following morning, I finally received a response stating that no one had looked at my vehicle yet. I asked whether it would be looked at that day and, approximately five hours later, received a response indicating that it likely would not be and asking whether I wanted the vehicle prepared for pickup. At that point, I requested that the vehicle be made ready and asked for a shuttle. Two additional hours passed without any response. When I called again, I was told that Tim had already left for the day. I ultimately had to arrange my own transportation to retrieve my vehicle. This was one of the worst service experiences I have encountered. Despite scheduling an appointment weeks in advance and arriving on time, my vehicle sat for nearly two days without even being diagnosed. I was left without transportation, received little to no communication, and ultimately had to alter my schedule significantly only to be told that the dealership could not get to my vehicle. What is most frustrating is that at no point was I proactively informed that the dealership was unable to handle the appointment. Had I been told upfront that the service department was overloaded or unable to perform warranty diagnostics within a reasonable timeframe, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, my vehicle was accepted, allowed to sit untouched, and I was left to repeatedly chase updates. I also cannot ignore the fact that the tone of the interaction appeared to change after it was discussed that the vehicle was still under warranty. Whether intentional or not, it felt as though my service request became a lower priority at that point. Appointments should have value. Customers should not be required to leave a vehicle for two days only to learn that no one has even looked at it. Communication, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s time were severely lacking throughout this experience. I cannot recommend this service department based on my experience. More

Nico was very kind, he explained everything step by step, to me. He gave me a loaner to continue w/ my daily routines,( which was double plus) and I trusted the service I received.
