Michael was very kind and efficient. he seemed honest and trustworthy. The waiting room was fine, I was offered popcorn while I waited and it did not take long to fix my car. This dealership is where I purchased my truck in 2019 (new) and where I continue to return for service and maintenance. My most recent visit was to come to the service department to have my truck looked (new) and where I continue to return for service and maintenance. My most recent visit was to come to the service department to have my truck looked at because it had recently had repair service (rock damage) at Caliber Collision and they did subpar work and I needed a trusted mechanic to tell us what they did wrong so we could have my truck repaired properly and then have a report to take back to the collision center for reimbursement. Jose is always my advisor and he is fantastic to work with and stays in communication via text and conversation. More
