There’s no way I can rate this “service” center the way I would like! I’m a 73 year old veteran, not expecting any favors or special treatment, just treated with respect. When you have a person in a management/decision making position stand up to me and FLAT OUT LIED to me about my truck. There’s way more to my story, but I’m going to leave it right here. (By the way I have him recorded. They actually cost me the rest of my mileage on my extended warranty because of the miss diagnosis.
