Brand new truck with multiple little issues. First I drove back to have them fix a cover on a side mirror, didn’t order right part. Service representative Jeff was excellent. Very helpful and responsive. Repair was overpriced. High quality replacement parts were found in several stores ranging from 50-140 dollars. Nearly double cost of highest quality online replacement. Repair time was also long with 2 week wait for 30 min common repair. Overall satisfied with exceptional of repair cost. $515.00 repair that should have been aprox $300. More
