Initial meet & greet was very nice. It stopped there. Follow up was not fast or timely. We had to follow up and when we did service advisor already knew the part was on back order. Also It stopped there. Follow up was not fast or timely. We had to follow up and when we did service advisor already knew the part was on back order. Also we asked if dealership did car washes, never got an answer. We told him we would be there to pick up car in 30min and to please have vehicle ready, he did not. Also, we requested to install our K&N air filter and the charge was $30. It took me less than 60 sec to do. Disappointed. Had high hopes for a good experience. More
