Brought my car in for an alignment after hitting a deer. Was told the tow was off, but never received any documentation. After service the car was pulling to the right. All of the staff I interacted with were very good. They were kind, informative, thorough and considerate. I was getting a B1 service, but I also had been hearing a growling sound for the last few we They were kind, informative, thorough and considerate. I was getting a B1 service, but I also had been hearing a growling sound for the last few weeks and wanted that checked out. 2 Techs drove my car to hear the noise, but of coarse the car did not make it for them, they could not find any problems. One of the Techs came in to let me know of their efforts and that everything seemed fine. When reviewing with me everything they did with the B1 Service, and the results, everything was in great shape! I was quoted $125 for the servicing, and $195 for investigating my growling noise, but in the end, they only charged me the $125. I am happy with the staff and the work at this Honda Dealer, and trust my car's care with them. I've had all of my service needs done here. Great Job! More
